Extension takes 'email and subject' from client email, and forwards them to the web app support-knowledge.onrender.com. Subject is treated as the question. User recognizes the best matching question in autocomplete box, and open the Question form. User returns the chosen Answer in a reply to the client email. Or user creates a new Answer assigning it to the Question. Users build a database gradually from incoming questions, or entering knowledge related to some area. For the time being extension supports GMail and Outlook mail clients. You can select where to host your App. Shared Hosting in the cloud, or your own hosting. At Cloud hosting, database is SHA encrypted, and Workspaces are isolated. Also you can select are you forwarding email to the Web App, or not. Email is used only to send Answer in a reply to the client.
