SupportBuddy is an AI-powered copilot that helps support agents respond faster and more consistently in Intercom. When a customer sends a message, SupportBuddy automatically generates a suggested response grounded in your company's knowledge base. The suggestion appears as ghost text in the Intercom composer — press Tab to accept, start typing to dismiss, or refresh for a new suggestion. HOW IT WORKS 1.
