THIS EXTENSION IS FOR BETA TESTING. Export the orders on your current Etsy Orders & shipping page to Excel or CSV. Choose all orders on the page or just the orders selected on Etsy. Free file exports work without a SupplierMafia account and are generated on your device. Set up your spreadsheet Choose and arrange your columns, including order numbers, items, SKUs, quantities, delivery addresses, variations and personalisation. Each purchased item gets its own row. Preferences stay on this device. Fields that Etsy does not expose remain blank. Connect your SupplierMafia workspace Existing SupplierMafia buyer accounts with Orders beta approval can sign in inside the extension, select a workspace and save a default store for their browser profile. Sync sends the current page to that store. Repeated imports update existing order numbers within that store. Open the dashboard to assign orders to suppliers and manage their tracking. Return supplier tracking to Etsy When tracking is ready, choose Complete on Etsy. Review the exact order numbers, carriers and tracking before confirming. Sync alone does not complete orders. Completion is restricted to the linked Etsy shop, supported page layouts and whole orders with one shipment. Failed or unconfirmed results stop the batch. Beta access and limits Only existing SupplierMafia buyer accounts explicitly approved for Orders beta can connect. Creating an account alone does not grant access. Paused access blocks saved connections as well as new logins. Buyer-email capture requires an eligible connected workspace and current server authorisation; it is unavailable in free guest reads. Current-page sync supports up to 100 orders. There is no automatic page traversal or split-shipment support. Chrome 116 or later is required. Data handling Guest exports stay on your device. When you choose Sync orders, order, item, buyer and delivery information is sent to the configured SupplierMafia beta workspace. Assigned suppliers receive the fulfilment information they need. Local extension storage holds column preferences and account/device credentials. Passwords are not saved by the extension. This beta connects to suppliermafia.com. Sign in with your existing SupplierMafia account after Orders beta access has been enabled for you. Read the privacy policy linked on this listing before using buyer data. Independent software.
