SuperX (Twitter Analytics)

I really wanted this extension to work. Ended up removing it. It's a shame because it's a really good idea.

Not working doesn't show any data for any users. Everything is zero or "not found"

The added premium exclusive features didn't work for me on my pc once I upgraded to premium. So I canceled the premium subscription and tried to contact for a refund by email only to never get a response nor a refund. Product works fine if you didn't pay for it for whatever reason

Can someone help me understand why my tweet impressions are showing as 0, when this is not the case? Other stats are showing fine and reflecting correctly eg: shares, likes, replies.

What I love about SuperX is the ability to see anyone’s all time best posts. It helps me assess who is worth following because if your top post is “Mac or PC?” I’m not following 😂 The customer service is also 10/10 because there’s a built in feedback feature that goes directly to the founder. And he is amazing at both the speed he responds and the speed he ships.

this should be on X PRO feature

I believe it will be helpful based on what I've seen. The reason for this review, despite the lack of testing, is to highlight to @Hieu C. Nguyen the need to update the description. If you use 'X (Twitter)' to describe it without mentioning the importance of having the correct URL or the option to use the platform through X.com or twitter.com (this was news to me tbh), you might end up with many frustrated users leaving negative reviews when they find the add-on isn't functioning. Hi meme_ f4rmer, you're right, it indeed was missing this information which is important. This caused by the domain name changed from twitter.com to x.com in the last few weeks (which originally, the extension only works on twitter.com) Thanks for the feedback and I'll update accordingly Update: The extension now should work on twitter.com as well
