SuperTools for QuickBooks Online adds full-page power tools inside QuickBooks Online for accountants, bookkeepers and business owners who spend their day in QBO. Each tool opens as its own page right in your QuickBooks session, at an address like qbo.intuit.com/app/superRegister, and works on the company you are signed in to. Designed by Hector Garcia, CPA, from the makers of RightTool. WHAT'S INCLUDED • Super Importer: import transactions of many types from a spreadsheet. • Transaction Browser: search, filter and act on transactions in bulk. • Transaction Line Batcher and SuperBatch Transactions: change many transactions or lines at once. • Super Register and Super Journal: fast, spreadsheet-style entry and review. • JE Num Editor: renumber journal entries. • COA Manager: review and clean up the chart of accounts. • Customer Manager, Edit Customers Status and Edit Vendors Status: bulk contact maintenance. • Business Debt Schedule Manager, COI Manager, Collections Manager and Project Manager. • SuperReports, SuperCustomReports and Report Allocation Journal: reports and allocations QBO does not offer on its own. • SuperZeroNet: find and clear zero-net balances. • SuperSampleData: fill a test company with realistic sample data. • Allow Claude/Codex to Control QBO: lets an AI assistant you run on your own computer (Claude or Codex) work in your open QBO tab, through a local connection you pair and can switch off at any time. • Backup & Restore (early alpha). HOW IT WORKS The tools run in your browser, inside your existing QuickBooks Online session. They use QuickBooks' own pages and requests; there is no separate server holding your books, and your QuickBooks password is never seen or stored. Each tool can be switched on or off from the options page. REQUIREMENTS • A QuickBooks Online account. • A RightTool PRO subscription.
