Overview

Records your Google Docs and Office on the web pages while the Superposition Lab app records a task, and nothing else.

Superposition Lab recorder works with the Superposition Lab desktop app, which contractors use to record their own computer work for paid data projects. While the desktop app is recording a task, this extension records what you do in your browser tabs: each click, key press, form input, scroll and form submit, with the page element it touched, and a copy of the page at load, before clicks and typing, and when the task ends. These recordings are uploaded by the desktop app, together with the screen recording, to the project you signed up for. It records nothing at any other time. The toolbar badge shows REC while a task is being recorded. Password fields are never recorded: only their length is kept. Pages in a browser you excluded in the desktop app are never recorded. The extension needs the Superposition Lab desktop app, for macOS or Windows, and only talks to that app on your computer. It sends nothing over the network itself.
