SuperMoo

Moo nudges you to moooove up to six times in your sitting day. One-minute mooves, your week at a glance, and Dracu-Moo plotting.

SuperMoo nudges you to move while you work at your computer. Pick your sitting day: the days you sit and the hours, 9 to 6 on weekdays to start. Moo spreads up to six nudges through it, one in the middle of each stretch. Each nudge is a notification with two buttons: i mooooved, and give me 30, moo. Every moove takes a minute, right at your desk, with a line that shows you how. More than fifty one-minute mooves: desk mooves, invisible ones for meetings, gentle ones, moo zen, and the ones Dracu-Moo fears most. Set a daily goal. Once you reach it, moo sends one proud ping and goes quiet until tomorrow. Your week reads in days, like 3 of 5 this week. It starts again every Monday and nothing breaks. Skip your mooves and Dracu-Moo, the villain cow, takes over the pasture with a chalkboard plan. One moove sends Dracu-Moo packing. Free: your sitting day, up to six nudges, the daily goal, your week, every one-minute moove, give me 30, moo, levels from calf to legend, Dracu-Moo, and the classic moo sound. Premium, one purchase for the extension: choose how often (every 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, or your own times), up to five quiet blocks, goals of 10 and 12, the longer mooves, and your pick of moo sounds. The price is shown before you pay. Moo can only nudge while your browser is open. No account and no ads. The extension asks for three permissions: notifications, storage, and one that wakes it at your nudge times. It talks to nothing except RevenueCat, the payment service, to check a purchase, and a new install talks to it only once you open premium. Made by Reweave, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
