It sounds very potential. It is good way to build knowledge base without doing sorting and categorizing, and not even to worry about the formating. Currently, it saves the "url address" and some information about it, hence it is bound to a website. It will be interesting if it can save the "selected text", and to put the context on the "selected text", it can save the url with it.
