SunoHelper saves the songs you made on Suno to your computer — in batches, with all their information. SunoHelper uses your own Suno session in the page, so it can only download what your account is allowed to download. It never bypasses Suno's download limits; unlocking a song uses your Suno download allowance exactly as the Download button on suno.com does, and only after you confirm.
