Overview
Streamlines the 'written' scheduling process for fast, personalized and error-free scheduling. Works with Google Calendar and Gmail.
Here's how it works: After installing, Sundial will show in the left column of Google Calendar. 1/ Click a date atop the panel. Sundial will convert any open times on that date to written text that's ready to paste anywhere. It'll look something like this: Tue, Jan 3: 8-9a, 10a-12p EST 2/ When you click on another date, the written text will build and re-copy to your clipboard, looking like this: Mon: Jan 2: 9-11a EST Tue, Jan 3: 8-9a, 10a-12p EST 3/ Adjust the timezone by searching a city, country, or timezone abbreviation in the panel. The written text will adjust and re-copy to your clipboard, looking like this: Mon: Jan 2: 3-5p CET Tue, Jan 3: 2-3p, 4-6p CET 4/ You can customize Sundial to your Work Hours and Minimum Meeting Times in the Settings at the bottom of the panel. 5/ When someone emails you to meet, click "View on Calendar" atop the message in Gmail. Sundial will read the meeting request and overlay the available times on your Google Calendar, adjusting any timezone difference to your timezone. 6/ You can share specific times by selecting a time slot on Google Calendar and clicking, "Copy time slot" in the native event modal. 7/ For group scheduling, simply add your coworkers' calendars to Google Calendar and click the dates atop the panel. Sundial will consider your coworkers' calendars when writing the open times. 8/ For events on your calendar that you want Sundial to read as times you are available, write "#sundialskip" in the event title or location field. After you've selected your written times, paste them into any platform and hit send. 🚀 Sundial is free to use. The free tier offers 75 written times and overlays per month and adds "Scheduling by Sundial" to your emails. This helps spread the word. For unlimited written time and overlay uses, you can upgrade to Sundial Pro for $7/month. This helps me continue to support users and improve the product. Thank you for trying Sundial. I hope you find it helpful! Sundial collects email addresses and Chrome IDs of users, along with events specifically related to the extension's usage. We never share or sell your information. It is strictly used to improve the user experience.

Sundial is such a simple, yet powerful tool. I don't like sending out my Calendly link to new potential partners, instead I like to give them them to organize the meeting on a platform of their choosing. Before Sundial, it was a tedious process to select all the windows of time I'm available over the week and list it in an email (not to mention timezone converstions). Now, I highlight the sections of my availability in 3-5 clicks directly in Google Calendar, enter their time zone, and it's re... Show more
