Sum Up — Select Numbers to Add Them

Sum, average and count for any numbers you select. Collect prices across pages, then export the formula to Excel.

Stop retyping numbers into a calculator. Prices, totals and quantities are scattered across every page you work with — invoices, bank statements, admin panels, supplier price lists, CRM tables. Until now, adding three of them together meant a calculator in one hand and a finger on the screen. Select the numbers instead. The panel appears right where you selected them, with the sum, average, count, minimum, maximum, median and product. Click any figure to copy it. Numbers that refuse to be selected Some numbers sit far apart. Some live in grids that swallow your mouse drag. Hold Alt and click a figure: it takes exactly the number under the cursor — not the whole line, not the whole cell — and outlines it on the page. Alt-click it again to drop it. Alt+Shift takes every figure in the cell at once. Build the formula, don't just sum it Real questions are rarely "what is the total". They are "what if we take three of these, minus the discount, times the rate". Press Build formula and the picked numbers become chips you can rearrange: drag one chip onto another to swap their places, or nudge them with arrows change any sign between + − × ÷ % ^, or delete it add brackets and values of your own the result recalculates as you go, and broken pieces are outlined with a one-click Fix it Numbers from different sites, in one total Picked figures go into a saved list shared by every tab. Collect three prices from a supplier's site, switch to your bank statement, open the list on that page and keep adding. Each entry remembers the page title, the URL and the sentence it came from. The toolbar icon shows how many figures are waiting. Export with the sources intact Export to Excel writes a spreadsheet file with one row per part of the formula, the source page and URL for every value, the formula as text, the result, and a ready =200+150*4 you can paste into a cell. Nobody has to take your total on faith. It reads numbers the way pages actually write them 1,234.56 and 1.234,56 and 1 234 567,89 and 1'234'567.89 and $1,299 and 25% all come out right. A plain space between two numbers splits them instead of gluing them into one, and brackets around a number stay a phone area code unless you switch on accounting mode. Where a site is unusual, pin the decimal separator in the settings. Made to sit quietly Light, dark or follow-the-system, with six accent colours. The panel stays where you put it while you scroll, pins with a star, drags by its header, and shows only the figures you care about. It lives in a shadow root, so it can neither break the page nor be broken by it. Your numbers stay yours No account, no server, no analytics. The extension reads only the text you select or Alt-click, and stores only your settings and your saved list — in your browser.
