Inspect NetSuite records, search customizations, compare snapshots and organize Change Plans in a local-first workspace.

SuiteCraft helps NetSuite developers, administrators and technical consultants inspect records, find customizations and prepare changes in one local-first workspace. It works with the NetSuite browser tab where you are already signed in. No separate SuiteCraft account or server setup is required. INSPECT RECORDS AND THEIR CUSTOMIZATIONS • Record Explorer: search body fields, sublists and values; copy IDs or values; pin useful fields and locate supported fields on the form. Deeper record inspection is available on supported records. • Script & Workflow Inspector: review scripts, deployments and applicable workflows for the current record type. Inspect available workflow activity, history and page-button references. • SuiteCraft Search: search NetSuite menu destinations, fields on the current page and your local Workspace. Go to record helps open supported records by Internal ID, exact name or Script ID. BUILD A LOCAL WORKSPACE • Customization Catalogue: synchronize supported fields, record types, lists, scripts, deployments, workflows and templates on demand, then search your saved data locally. • Lists and reference values: keep selected lookup values available locally and copy their IDs when needed. • Favorites: save account-specific pages and customizations with private notes. PREPARE AND COMPARE CHANGES • Change Plans: organize releases, tickets and migrations. Add descriptions, general notes, ticket and delivery links, track item status and review structural objects against local target snapshots. • Compare: inspect added, removed and changed objects between saved snapshots or account environments. Review downloaded SDF XML where available. • Exports: create CSV/XLSX reports and Markdown plan notes. Versioned JSON backups let you move supported settings and Workspace data between installations. WORK WITH YOUR EXISTING NETSUITE SESSION SuiteCraft reads NetSuite data to provide inspection, synchronization and comparison. These operations do not save, deploy or modify NetSuite records. Change Plans are local checklists; their readiness results describe saved snapshots and do not prove that a change has been deployed. Access and results depend on the NetSuite role, record type and available page APIs. Some locked or unsupported objects cannot be inspected or exported as SDF. Default, Quick and Quickest synchronization modes are available; Turbo is experimental. No specific speed improvement is promised. LOCAL DATA AND PRIVACY Catalogue snapshots, saved reference values, SDF definitions and object refreshes use local IndexedDB. Favorites, Change Plans and private notes use local extension storage. Small interface preferences may synchronize through your browser profile. Record inspection can process business or personal values locally; configured reference lists can retain selected values. SuiteCraft has no backend receiving your NetSuite data and sends no extension analytics. Existing local copies remain after NetSuite logout or role changes until you remove them. SuiteCraft does not separately encrypt local data or downloaded backups. Files are exported only when you request them; share them only with people authorized to receive the data. GETTING STARTED 1. Install SuiteCraft and open a NetSuite page where you are signed in. 2. Open the extension popup to access page tools or Workspace. 3. Choose your tools, language, theme and shortcuts in Settings. 4. Synchronize only the categories and reference lists you need. Existing snapshots remain available locally.
