ππWhere in the World is Your Substack? ππ Ever wondered where your words are traveling? Now, with the Substack Reader Locator Chrome Extension, you can track every corner of the globe where your Substack is being read. πβ¨ Here's how: π How to Get Started: 1. Install the Extension: First things first, make sure you're using Chrome (yep, it's a Chrome-exclusive party π). Once installed, you'll see the Substack Reader Locator icon glowing in Substack's signature orange, right next to your browser's menu bar. 2. Find Your Stats: Head over to your Substack page and navigate to Dashboard > Stats > Subscriber Report. This is where the magic begins. 3. Launch the Extension: Click on the Substack Reader Locator icon, and voilΓ ! Youβll instantly see a list of U.S. states where your newsletter is read. π But wait, there's more. 4. Switch to the World Map: Tap on the US map button on your Substack page to switch from the U.S. map to the global view. πΊοΈ Now, click once more the extension icon. You can now explore the countries where your readers are tuning in from. 5. To view the full list, be sure to select the "All time" option located next to the US map button, which is initially set to "Last 90 days." Tadaaa!
