Add subscriptions to SubBuddy from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, or any receipt page, with a privacy-first inbox scan.

SubBuddy turns the subscription receipts already sitting in your inbox into tracked subscriptions. No bank login, and your emails never leave your browser. Open a confirmation, renewal or invoice email in Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo Mail and an "Add to SubBuddy" button appears next to the reply controls. One click reads the email on your computer, fills in the service, amount, currency, billing cycle, renewal date and trial status, and shows the result with a certainty score. Check it, change anything, then save it to your SubBuddy account. WHAT IT DOES • Add from any subscription email in Gmail, Outlook.com, Outlook for Microsoft 365 and Yahoo Mail. • Scan your inbox: read the last 90 days of Gmail receipts in one go and review every detection before anything is added. • Capture from any page: select receipt text anywhere on the web, right-click and choose "Add selection to SubBuddy". • Review later: detections wait in the popup under "Detected, not saved", and the icon badge shows how many are pending. • Enhance with AI (Premium): for a hard-to-read email, send that one email's text to SubBuddy for a better parse. Only when you click, never automatically. • Light and dark themes, matching your SubBuddy dashboard. PRIVACY Parsing runs inside the extension, on your computer. The inbox scan uses the Gmail tab you already have open and does not send message contents to SubBuddy. The only email text that ever reaches our servers is the one you explicitly send with "Enhance with AI". There is no bank connection and no third-party inbox authorization. PLANS A free SubBuddy account is required; the extension connects to it in one click. Free accounts can add up to 3 subscriptions. SubBuddy Premium removes the cap and adds AI enhancement. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install, click the SubBuddy icon and connect your account. 2. Open a subscription email, or press "Scan Gmail for subscriptions". 3. Review the details and click "Add to SubBuddy". Permissions are used only for core functionality: showing the button and reading the open email on Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo Mail, the right-click capture on the page you select text on, and secure sign-in and session refresh with your SubBuddy account.
