Overview
Clip products from any website into your StudioHaus FF&E library or project.
The Studiohaus Product Clipper saves products from any vendor or e-commerce site straight into your Studiohaus account — your firm's product library, a specific project, or both — without copy-pasting between tabs. Designed for interior designers running real projects: the moment you find a chair on West Elm, a sconce on Restoration Hardware, or a one-off piece on a small specialty vendor's site, open the side panel, review the auto-filled fields, and save. The product lands in Studiohaus tagged, priced, and ready to spec. WHAT IT DOES • Auto-fills product name, vendor, image, price, SKU, description, and dimensions from the page you're viewing. • Reads from JSON-LD product schemas, OpenGraph tags, microdata, and structured price displays — works on most major retailers and a long tail of small vendors. • Calculates client price from your default markup (editable per-clip). • Saves to your firm-wide library, the active project, or both — your choice on every clip. • Auto-creates the vendor in your Studiohaus vendor list if it's new; auto-creates categories the same way. • Pulls thumbnails so the product looks right in your library and on client-facing pages from the start. WHO IT'S FOR Interior design firms running on the Studiohaus platform — solo designers and multi-person studios. Requires an active Studiohaus account at platform.studiohaus.app. WHY IT EXISTS Specifying products is the slowest part of moving a project forward. You're already on the vendor's site. Forcing a manual data-entry round-trip — copy the title, paste it, copy the price, paste it, find the image, drag it over, type the SKU — is the exact opposite of where the work should be. The clipper turns 90 seconds of typing into one click. PRIVACY The clipper reads the active tab's DOM only when you open the side panel. It does not run in the background, log browsing history, or capture keystrokes. Page data is sent only to platform.studiohaus.app under your authenticated session — never to any third party. Full privacy policy at studiohaus.app/clipper-privacy. REQUIREMENTS • An active Studiohaus account (sign up at studiohaus.app). • Chrome 114 or later (for side panel support). • Sign in to platform.studiohaus.app once; the extension uses your existing session cookie thereafter. GETTING STARTED 1. Install the extension and pin it to your toolbar. 2. Sign in at platform.studiohaus.app. 3. Browse to any vendor product page. 4. Click the StudioHaus icon to open the side panel — the form auto-fills. 5. Review, choose your save destination, click Save Product. Studiohaus is a CRM for interior designers — projects, clients, FF&E, mood boards, billing, and the client portal in one place. Learn more at studiohaus.app. Notes: - The "Privacy" section pre-references studiohaus.app/clipper-privacy — that URL needs to exist before this listing publishes, otherwise reviewers will click the link, hit a 404, and reject. I still owe you that page. - I left out screenshots/animations references since plain text can't show them. The screenshots themselves carry that load. - Want me to write and deploy the privacy policy page now? Without it, this description's privacy line breaks at review time.
