Overview
Your CRM in Gmail with your data in your own Notion: deals, stages, contacts, follow-ups and open tracking.
Strezia Sync turns your Notion workspace into a CRM that lives inside Gmail. See your deals, companies and contacts right next to your email. Open a message and a row at the top shows who the sender is in your CRM. Move the deal to the next stage, update value, expected close and next step, or open the record in Notion, without leaving your inbox. What you get: - A pipeline in Gmail: deals grouped by stage, with value and next step. - Save any email as a deal in one click, with company and contact. - Add a new contact from the sender and the email signature. - Email templates you write yourself, inserted into a draft that you send yourself. - Follow-ups that show what is overdue, due today and due this week. - Optional open tracking, off by default, plus blocking of tracking pixels in incoming mail. Your data stays in your own Notion workspace. Strezia Sync reads and writes directly to your databases, so there is no separate CRM to buy or move your data into. You connect your own Notion in one step, and you always press Send yourself. Nothing goes out on its own. Works in Gmail on Chrome. A free Notion account is enough.
