Stretch Cafe

We sit all day. Every new tab is your stretch café — and a reason to unclench.

Hey, I’m Raph. Stretching is one of those things we all know is important, and then we sit down, open seventeen tabs, and forget. Necks forward. Shoulders up. Jaw tight. We live in front of these screens. I wanted a tiny, lovely reason to stop. So every new tab is your stretch café. Press Start, face the camera, and follow the instructions. A short seated session: neck, shoulders, cactus arms, and a reach. Each stretch has a simple illustration and a hold. You can go back to a pose you already did. You cannot skip ahead. Your future shoulders will thank you. Finish a session and something new is waiting. Regulars show up. The menu fills with looks, seats, plants, paintings — stuff to collect, and a shop you can actually customize. Click around. I hid easter eggs in the room. The barista is still there if you need a hello. That’s me. Built for a laptop and a few quiet minutes. No account. The camera stays on your machine for pose tracking — nothing is uploaded. I hope you love it. How it works • Open a new tab to visit your stretch café • Press Start and allow the camera • Sit still while it finds you • Follow the instructions. Hold each stretch as the bar fills • Come back tomorrow. Collect, customize, and see who showed up. Privacy • The camera is used only on your computer to see if you are in the stretch. Stretch Cafe does not record video or send it to a server.
