Friend recommendations and comfort picks while you stream — Beta.

Streaming Helper helps you decide what to watch with less scrolling. Use the companion web app to add friends, exchange movie and show recommendations, and save comfort titles. Then use the Chrome extension on supported streaming platforms to see what friends recommend, send them titles while watching, or let Comfort Pick choose something familiar. Streaming Helper currently supports Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max / Max. What you can do: • Send a movie or show to friends from supported watch pages • View friend recommendations while browsing supported streaming platforms • Use Comfort Pick to choose a familiar title • Open titles through platform search or available title links • Manage friends, recommendations, and comfort titles in the companion web app Current limitations: • Streaming Helper does not directly connect to streaming accounts • Streaming Helper does not read watch history • Streaming Helper does not automatically play titles • Title availability and opening behavior may vary by platform and region Streaming Helper is an early beta built to test a friend-powered way of reducing streaming decision fatigue.
