Optimize TradingView strategies: sweep parameter combinations, compare backtest results, and create alerts from the side panel.

Strategy Optimizer turns TradingView's Strategy Tester into a batch parameter optimizer. Instead of editing one input at a time and eyeballing the report, you define a whole search space once. The extension then drives TradingView through every combination, reads each backtest report, stores the metrics locally, and helps you find the configurations that actually perform. It runs in a side panel next to your own chart, on your own TradingView session. Optimization data stays in your browser. WHAT IT DOES • Detects the active strategy. Reads the Pine strategy applied to your chart, its inputs, the symbol and the timeframe, with no manual setup. • Sweeps many parameters at once. Pick which inputs to vary and give each one a range or a set of values. Symbol and timeframe are sweepable too, so the same strategy can be tested across markets and resolutions. • Automates the Strategy Tester. The engine applies each combination, waits for the backtest to settle, and captures the performance report: net profit, profit factor, max drawdown, trade count, win rate and the rest of the metrics TradingView produces. • Keeps running while you work. The run lives outside the panel, so you can close the panel and come back to it. Runs can be paused, resumed and cancelled at any time. • Skips what it already tested. Results are stored locally, and a re-run only computes the combinations that are new. • Samples huge search spaces. A seeded random order lets you cover a fair slice of a space too large to test exhaustively, and the seed is replayed if you resume. • Paces itself. An optional throttle keeps the automation gentle on TradingView instead of hammering it. • Explores results in a full page. Sort, filter and compare runs in a virtualized table, across one session or several, and export to CSV. • Creates alerts from a winner. Turn a promising configuration into a real TradingView alert without re-entering every input by hand. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a TradingView chart with a strategy applied and the Strategy Tester panel open. 2. Open the Strategy Optimizer side panel. It detects the strategy, symbol and timeframe. 3. Choose the inputs to sweep and give each a range or a value set. The panel shows how many combinations that adds up to before you start. 4. Run. Watch progress, pause or cancel from the panel. 5. Open the results explorer to sort, filter, compare and export. 6. Create a TradingView alert from the configuration you want to keep. REQUIREMENTS • A TradingView account and a chart with a Pine strategy applied. Strategy Optimizer does not provide strategies, signals or market data. • The Strategy Tester panel must be open on the chart while a run is in progress. • Chrome 114 or later (also works on Edge, Brave and Opera). • A Strategy Optimizer account, created at https://stratopti.com. You sign in on the website with Google and the side panel picks the session up automatically. There is no key to copy. PLANS The free tier covers the whole workflow: detect, configure, run up to 300 combinations with up to 2 swept parameters, view results in the explorer, and keep up to 5 saved sessions. Paid tiers remove those caps and add the advanced run controls, CSV export, the combined multi-session view and the advanced result filters. You manage your plan and see your usage on the website. Cancel any time. PRIVACY Optimization runs happen locally, in your browser, against your own TradingView session. The strategy inputs the extension reads and the results it stores never leave your machine. The hosted service only handles your account (name and email from Google), your subscription and a count of how much you have used, so plan limits can be enforced.
