Stop Tab Title Flashing

No longer works. Also needs a quick "On/Off" button or an inclusion/exclusion domain list.

Doesn't work. When websites have an annoying chatbot that makes the tab flash 'you have a message!" this extension doesn't work to stop that from happening, the tab still flashes.

Great, works for annoying sites with bots that try and message you. I wish there was a whitelist of domains though, Notion for instance doesn't show the title of the document you're working on with this active.

It's a lovely idea, if only it'd actually work. It's not working on Facebook/Facebook Messenger, which are the exact sites that prompted me to try this out in the first place!
