PICK THE FEEDS TO BLOCK • Works on 7 popular social media sites, and you choose which ones to block • Choose your sites from the extension's popup or the settings page • Blocks mouse wheel, trackpad, touch and keyboard scrolling • Inboxes and chats stay usable on most supported sites NEED A BREAK? TAKE IT ON PURPOSE When you try to scroll, a "Scrolling paused" banner appears. If you really need the feed, allow scrolling for 5 minutes, 15 minutes or the rest of the day. Blocking turns back on by itself afterwards. STRICT MODE: NO EASY WAY OUT Turn on Strict Mode to remove those quick overrides. The only way to scroll again is to change your settings. SEE EVERY SCROLL YOU DIDN'T TAKE The popup and settings page count your blocked scroll attempts, in total and for each site. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED There's nothing to sign up for.
