Your feeds stay available; moving to the next post takes more input. Keep the feed. Lose the autopilot. YOUR 21-DAY PLAN Start at 10× resistance. It increases automatically to 2500× on day 21, following elapsed calendar days. Selected feed switches stay on during the plan; you can switch to manual mode in Settings. See today's estimated feed time and posts in the popup. Open Settings for each site's daily, weekly and monthly history. After six measured past days, compare feed time in your first three with your latest three. Follow the numbers as the plan progresses. These are observed changes, not guaranteed reductions or proven time saved. Prefer your own pace? Manual mode keeps resistance fixed from 50× to 2500×.
