HOW GRADES WORK Each stock scores 0–5 from five financial metrics: • D/E (Debt-to-Equity) — balance sheet health • PEG (Price/Earnings-to-Growth) — valuation vs growth • ROE (Return on Equity) — profitability trend • 200-day SMA — price trend direction • RSI — momentum (overbought/oversold) • News risk — fraud, lawsuits, SEC actions penalize the score 4–5 = STRONG BUY · 3 = HOLD · 0–2 = AVOID Thresholds adjust by sector (banks, tech, energy, pharma, ETFs).
