Overview

The eBay AI lister. List faster, automate, and dominate with Stitch VA.

AI listing tool for eBay sellers who don't trust AI. List faster with AI while keeping full control of your titles and item specifics. Step 1 — Select Photos Choose which images generate the title, condition description, SKU, listing photos and the Zoom Image. Step 2 — Generate Listing Data Stitch VA analyzes the images and prepares the title, condition description, and reference details. Step 3 — Drag and drop keywords and features into your perfect title structure. Step 4 — Apply to eBay Click once to apply the title, SKU, condition description, and price directly to your listing. Then select eBay's automatically generated item specifics based on your title. You can use eBay listing templates, create new listings, or sell similar. There are shortcuts for Google Lens and eBay comps. There's also a price input right where you need it, so you don't forget the price later in the listing. Once you press apply, eBay will suggest almost all the important item specifics for you. Now you have your title, Stitch VA clipboard, and zoom image to reference. See below for more real-world examples of Stitch VA's capabilities, workflow and directions. Title Generation • You automatically get a strong title, then you can click on Stitch VA's suggested keywords or drag and drop them into place. • You decide with a click to include things like features, materials, model numbers, and specs. • The titles are based on how people search and eBay's top sellers. •After you apply your title, eBay generates the item specifics suggestions. Since eBay does a great job suggesting item specifics, we let it handle that for you. All of eBay's item specifics will be available. You'll be able to stay in the search filters. • The title field lets you go over 80 characters, so you can move things around to fit in the perfect keyword. • Now you won't stress about AI causing an item not as described. You know what you have. Shortcuts • SKU • Price • Right-click on an image in the grid to search Google Lens. • Right-click highlighted text to search comparable eBay listings. • The zoomable image and clipboard hold details for reference. Copy and paste UPC, ISBN, or other text you need for the listing. • If you have a price in mind or just looked one up, there is a price input right where you need it. Now you won't forget what that price was by the time you get down to the price box on eBay. • Stitch VA inputs the SKU. If you would rather enter in the SKU yourself, you can snap a photo of some other text like Waist Inseam Rise (W:31 I:29 R:12 fits perfectly in the SKU for reference later in the listing.) It works with any text photos. Whatever you need to remember later. You can use SKU or Condition like this, but they only output to SKU and Condition eBay fields. • The "all" button applies the title, SKU, condition description and price to eBay. Individual buttons are also available. Condition Descriptions While taking photos, you already inspect items for any flaws. At that stage, you know the item's condition. Snap a photo of pre-filled condition descriptions that cover your common flaws or notes. You can write these by hand or type them out. Use paper or a dry erase board. Example: You often sell shoes, so you might type out conditions, such as • scuffs on toes • wear on soles • no insoles • Stitch VA will always capitalize the first letter of the sentence. If you have multiple condition images, it will put commas to separate the text from each photo, and end it with the phrase (See pictures for details). So it will look like this: Scuffs on toes, wear on soles, no insoles (See pictures for details) Now you never have to think about the condition again. Listing with a clear mind is a great feeling. Workflow You can do one listing at a time or many in one sitting. Use templates or create new listings. • Use Ctrl + Left Click to open pages in new tabs. Now you have a row of listing pages that are in the same order as your photos. • Drag your images to the grid, select the images, and slide Generate. • If you want, you can move on to the next listing while it analyzes. It usually takes about 10–15 seconds. • Repeat the drag, select, slide process on all your tabs and move back to the listing you started with. Now all your listing titles, condition descriptions, label numbers, and clipboards are ready for you. • Between your AI assistant and your template, you're almost done. Click on a few suggested keywords, item specifics, and set your price.
