Sticky Notes for IFS Cloud brings back the much-missed sticky notes from IFS Applications 10 — rebuilt for IFS Cloud, and shared with your whole team. Attach notes to the exact business record you are looking at: a customer order, an inventory part, a shop order, a supplier invoice. Everyone who opens the same record sees the same notes — instantly. WHAT IT DOES • Notes attached to records, not pages — the note on order 11076 appears only on order 11076, on every colleague's screen • Rich text: bold, italic, colors, highlights, lists — plus 8 note colors • A floating panel shows all notes on the current record, newest first, with drag, resize and minimize; its position is remembered • @mention a colleague in a note to notify them by email; a red @ on the toolbar icon tells you a note on the current record mentions you • "Mentions" and "My Notes" views with search, right in the toolbar popup • Live collaboration: see when a colleague adds or edits a note, with safe conflict resolution when two people edit at once • Offline mode: if the connection drops, the panel turns gray and pauses — and reconnects automatically • Works on any IFS Cloud environment (SaaS or remote deployment) YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Notes are stored inside YOUR organization's own IFS Cloud database — not on our servers.
