Overview

Highlights and replaces offensive words on live chat.

STF Chat Filter is a Chrome extension designed for customer support teams who use live chat platforms. It automatically detects offensive or inappropriate language in customer messages and replaces it with neutral, positive alternatives in real time; before it reaches the eyes of your support agents. This helps maintain morale and focus by shielding agents from abusive or upsetting content during live interactions. Key Features: Replaces bad words with polite or positive alternatives in real-time. Works seamlessly with LiveChat platform only. Easy to install and lightweight – no performance impact. All processing happens locally in your browser – no data is collected or sent anywhere. How it works: Once installed, STF Chat Filter automatically monitors incoming chat messages on supported platforms. If a message contains any word from the predefined "bad words" list, that word is replaced before the message is rendered in the browser. This ensures your agents see a cleaner, more respectful version of the conversation. Privacy & Security: This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All word filtering is done locally on the user’s device.
