Stepwise Connect for Stepwise Cloud
Overview
Record and run your Stepwise Cloud bots in the browser you already use, with your own logins.
Stepwise Cloud records the steps of a web task once and runs them as a bot, for every row of a spreadsheet if you like. Normally the bot runs in a browser on the Stepwise server. With this extension it runs in your own Edge or Chrome instead, so it's signed in wherever you are, gets through your company's single sign-on, and works on sites that turn away server browsers. How it works: - In Stepwise, open Settings, Your browsers, and choose Pair a browser. Type your Stepwise address and the code it shows into this extension. - In a bot's settings, set Runs in to your browser. Record and Run now open a tab in a "Stepwise" tab group. - While recording, Shift+click a field or button in that tab to add it as a step. What it can't do: - Touch any tab it didn't open. - Leave the sites a bot names; it stops any other page from loading in the bot's tab. - Read your cookies, history, saved passwords or files. The extension talks only to the Stepwise server you pair it with, and has no analytics. You can run your own Stepwise Cloud server.
