Each post snaps to the top of the screen — upvote, open, or move on with a single key. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reddit rewards scrolling, and scrolling is a bad interface for reading. You overshoot posts, lose your place when the feed reflows, and hunt for a vote arrow that sits in a different spot on every card. Stepper replaces the scroll wheel with a step. Press one key and the next post snaps to the top of your screen, clear of Reddit's sticky header. Press another to upvote it, or open it in a background tab. Your eyes stay in one place, and the posts come to you. WHAT IT DOES - Next post to the top — one key, one post, always aligned to the same line on screen - Upvote and downvote the post you're looking at, without aiming at anything - Open the current post in a new tab and keep going down the feed - Previous post, when you want to go back A compact control shows all five actions. It sits on the right edge as a vertical pill, or along the bottom as a horizontal bar — your choice, switchable at any time. BUILT FOR SPEED Buttons are sized by how often you'll actually press them. Upvote, open and next are full size. Downvote and previous — the rare actions — are drawn smaller, so the common ones are easier to hit without looking. Optional magnetic buttons take that further: the three primary buttons lean toward your cursor as it approaches, and a click that lands just short of one still counts. Clicks on real links and buttons are never intercepted. No tracking. No analytics. No servers. Stepper makes no network requests of any kind and has no background process. It asks for exactly two things: access to reddit.com, because that's the page it operates on, and local storage, used only to remember your own settings on your own machine. Nothing you read or vote on is recorded or transmitted.
