Stephanie Assist

Lets the MercFinancial Processing Agent prepare lender portals in your browser while you review and perform the final submit.

Stephanie Assist is an internal tool for Mercury Holdings staff. It is not useful without a Mercury Holdings Operations Platform account. When a processor starts a lender submission from the Ops Platform, Stephanie Assist opens the lender's portal in a new tab and prepares the application there: it signs in with the credentials already stored on the lender record, navigates the application steps, enters the client's data, and attaches or stages the required documents. The operator watches the whole thing and performs the official final submit. The extension does not complete MFA, does not solve CAPTCHAs, does not make legal attestations, and does not press the final submit button. The extension is dormant until a submission is started, and only ever reads or acts on the tab opened for that session. Pairing a browser requires signing in to the Ops Platform, and access ends when the staff account does.
