Not working anymore

Hey! Sorry for the inconvenience. The issue has been resolved now. Please update and try again. The review process took longer than expected, so the extension was down for longer than necessary. Apologies for the delay!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with our extension. To assist you, could you please provide the following details: Your Country: Where are you currently located? Default Currency on Steam: Typically, Steam sets your currency based on your location. Could you confirm what currency Steam is currently using for you? Preferred Currency: Which currency would you like to convert to? Once you provide this information, we can hopefully fix it within a day.

Good. Nice one tools for Steam. Any option to change the decimal place from point to comma? Thanks

We're delighted that you're satisfied with the extension! Regarding the seperator, we accommodate thousand and decimal separators based on specific formatting data available to us. If you find that the formatting for your currency is incorrect, please refer to our guidelines on GitHub: Currency Formatting Specific Pull Requests (https://github.com/Solidet-com/steam-currency-converter/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#currency-formatting-specific-pull-requests). For instance, we've recently addressed feedback regarding the Brazilian Real (BRL) and we will update it in the next release as per this GitHub issue: Update for BRL Formatting (https://github.com/Solidet-com/steam-currency-converter/issues/3). If you require adjustments for currencies other than BRL, kindly open a new issue on GitHub specifying the currency in question. I hope this addresses your needs.

I like the extension, it does all it needs to do, period. But here's a QoL suggestion that'll more than halve the effort to switch currencies: When the user taps the extension's toolbar button, instead of opening a dropdown window, just switch the currency. Move the currency and extra rate settings to an extension settings page (right click→settings). Additionally, allow the user to bind a keyboard shortcut to switch the currency (honestly this might be enough on its own). Edit: Updatin... Show more

Hello, First of all, we are very glad that you liked the extension. When we read your review, we were wrapping up our huge 1.0 update, so we couldn't include customizable hotkeys. However, we have included a default hotkey for that, which is SHIFT + ALT + Q. In the upcoming features, we will make it changeable from the dropdown menu. Thank you so much for your invaluable feedback; we've also credited your name in the changelog for this feature! We hope you continue to enjoy using the extension. Thanks, and I hope you like it. Update: Just updated the extension to 1.0.4 which includes the support of customizable shortcuts from the chrome://extensions/shortcuts page. Default hotkey is still the same but it is now customizable. Thanks for the brilliant feedback again!

Looks great, just the type I need, but can't find DKK. (need to go from EURO to DKK) A flat fix rated could be 7.6. (E.g. 1 Euro is 7.6 DKK) Maybe add manuel options for this.

Hey, thank you for the kind words. We are working on a much more convenient option that will detect your store's currency and then convert it to your local currency by default. We hope you'll find our extension helpful for your needs by then. Edit: Now we support EUR to DKK alongside with many other currencies! I hope you will like it.

Work as advertised and also have extra rate percentage where you can put your bank DDC fee so you can actually see what it really cost.

Due to exchange fluctuations in countries like Turkey, many banks add approximately 1 TL difference. It would be better if there were a feature for users to manually set the conversion rate. If 1 dollar is equal to 28,80 TL and the user's bank sets it at 30 TL, the user would adjust it to 30 TL. On the other hand, It's a good addon.

Thanks to this extension, I'm once again reminded I won't be able to buy any games from Steam from now on. 5/5.
