Stay sits on claude.ai, the chat page you already pay for. A small chip in the header shows how much of the current usage window is gone, and when it resets. Click the chip for session and weekly usage. The numbers come from Claude’s own usage indicator, not a token guess. Option+Shift+D (Windows: Alt+Shift+D) opens a dump drawer: one field, five local lines. Keep a constraint or a sentence you do not want to lose in the scroll. Insert puts a line back in the composer. Export saves the current thread as a markdown file. Compact copy puts a continuation on the clipboard so you can start the next chat. Compact copy does not use an export. Claude is the first host, not the brand. There is no account for the chip, the dump drawer, or export. Stay asks only for https://claude.ai/*. It does not read other sites.
