Helps Stash users to fill in Pull Requests' descriptions and reviewers

Stash PR Helper is a productivity tool which allows Stash users to create Pull Requests (PRs) easier. For now the app provides 2 options: PR description templates and PR reviewers groups. How to use. 1) Go to the settings page and add some items. 2) When creating a pull request put a cursor into the appropriate field (Description or Reviewers) 3) Push any keyboard arrow (up, down, left, right) to open a pop-up with a list of suggestions. 4) Select some suggestion and get the field auto-filled.
