Start a local process
用于特定页面调用本地进程，通过本地进程从指定客户端程序中获取需要的信息显示在页面中。插件中ChromiumNativeMessagingHost.exe是一个本地进程，test.html是一个测试页面，通过执行install_host_chrome.bat加载成功nativemessaging后，即可点击test.html按钮调用ChromiumNativeMessagingHost.exe获取信息。后续只需要修改ChromiumNativeMessagingHost.exe进程的需要获取的内容即可。
