Overview

StarSift: hide Airbnb listings below your minimum star rating and sort search results by highest rated first.

Airbnb doesn't let you filter search results by star rating or sort by highest rated first. StarSift adds both, directly on the page, with no reload and no need to touch Airbnb's own controls. – How to use it – 1. Install StarSift, then pin it: click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and click the pin next to "StarSift" so it stays visible. 2. Go to any Airbnb search results page 3. Click the StarSift icon in your toolbar to open the popup. 4. Drag the Minimum rating slider up from 1.0★. Listings below that rating disappear from the grid immediately. • Optionally turn on Sort list by highest rated first to reorder the listings Airbnb has already loaded. • Optionally turn on Hide listings with no rating yet to drop "New" listings with no reviews. – What it does – • Hides listings below your chosen star rating, on the page, as you browse. • Sorts currently loaded results by rating, highest first. • Fades the matching map pin for hidden listings, so filtered areas look different from empty ones — pins stay clickable. • Works with infinite scroll and pagination: new results are filtered automatically as they load. • Nothing is deleted — filtering just hides elements, so unfiltering is instant.
