The extension will replace your new-tab screen with a dashboard-looking like visual where you can keep track of your progress and receive daily tips and education for becoming less sedentary in your daily life. The dashboard is very customisable, so you can accommodate your personal needs , for example when to activate the dashboard, or how often to see break-related notifications.
