Stands AdBlocker

Ever since Chome's transition to Manifest V3 which made uBlock Origin stop working, I've been testing out a *lot* of alternative ad blocker extensions. Everything I've tried either let ads leak through or makes certain webpages break, or sometimes both! Sadly, that includes uBlock Origin Lite, which I was hoping would be a good replacement. Amazing stuff. Really makes things easy for me. I wish I didn't have to manually turn it off for sites like YT but that's just a me thing
