Stakeholder Atlas
Overview
Multi-layer stakeholder mapping: connections, money flows, market size, dependency and displacement, on toggleable layers.
Stakeholder Atlas turns a flat network diagram into a living economic ecology. Most stakeholder maps stop at who-knows-whom. This one shows what actually moves between them — and what it costs. Everything renders on twelve independent layers you can toggle on, off, or read together, so one map tells many stories. WHAT YOU CAN MAP • Money flows — animated dashes running the direction money moves, width scaled to annual value, with platform take-rates, payment terms, and returns drifting back as counter-flow. • Resources — teal particle streams for materials, talent, IP, and data feeding between parties. • Market size — a halo around each stakeholder or proposed product showing the market it can inhabit. • Dependency — tethers where one party leans on another, and the dependent's marker visibly shrinks under the larger market. • Displacement — embers draining from industries losing value to a displacer, with net losers wearing a cracked ring. • Groups — soft organic hulls around habitats, with stakeholders able to belong to several at once, and optional total vs localized market calculations. • Customer journeys — comet trails tracing how customers migrate from one market to another, with funnel stages on each stop. • Business profile — line of business, three-level product category, delivery channels, support, refunds and returns, age group served, and time in market drawn as a tree-ring. • Trust capital — ratings, review counts, dispute rates, and verification badges. • Link counts — a ranked leaderboard plus on-map counters, so the most connected party is obvious at a glance. BUILT FOR REAL WORK Full-screen canvas with pan, zoom, and pinch. Everything autosaves. Export as JSON, as a high-resolution PNG, as a looping animated GIF for presentations, or as a CSV your colleagues can edit in a spreadsheet — the CSV even carries a schema page so an AI assistant handed the file can read or author maps in the same format. A worked example ships built in: a 57-stakeholder Tesla ecology across eleven habitats, arranged around the argument that Tesla is a software company whose vehicles are peripherals of its autonomy stack. No account. No tracking. Your maps stay in your browser.
