SSTRACK is an all-in-one employee time tracking and attendance management tool. Designed for modern teams, it helps organizations monitor productivity, manage leave, track break times, and ensure punctuality. With real-time dashboards, project tracking, geo-fencing, and location monitoring, SSTRACK simplifies workforce management for both remote and in-office teams. 🛠️ How It Works 1.Add to Chrome Click “Add to Chrome” to install the SSTRACK extension. 2.Log In Sign in to your SSTRACK account using your credentials. 3.Start Tracking Click the green Play button to begin tracking. A new webpage will open — this is your active tracking session. 4.Select Your Screen On the new page, you’ll be prompted to select a screen. Choose “Entire Screen” to capture activity across all monitors. 5.Keep the Tracking Page Open Do not close the tracking tab — it's required for: Capturing screenshots Logging time Recording activity 6.Stop Tracking Click the red Stop button to end tracking at any time. 7.View Timeline Use the “View Timeline” feature to review: Screenshots Tracked hours Productivity/activity data Key Features Employee Time Tracking – Monitor working hours with real-time tracking Break Time Management – Configure and monitor individual or team break schedules Leave Management – Manage employee leave requests and approvals Punctuality Tracking – Measure on-time performance and late entries Geofencing – Track employee presence within defined geographic zones Pay Stub Management – Automatically generate and manage employee pay stubs based on attendance data NFC Punch System – Enable employees to punch in via NFC-enabled devices Punch Machine System – Seamlessly integrate with biometric or punch-in hardware. Privacy and Control Note: The app only collects data (including screenshots) when you actively click the start button to begin tracking. When paused, the monitoring is completely stopped until you resume it. This design ensures you have control over when you're being monitored, allowing you to pause tracking for personal matters.
