Squire

Sends reports from the Squire app to the EHR open in your browser.

Squire writes your medical reports. This extension puts them in your EHR. Squire listens to the consultation, or to your dictation, and writes the report for you in the structure you work with. You keep your attention on the patient instead of the keyboard. When the report is ready, one click puts it in the patient record you have open in another tab. WHAT SQUIRE DOES • Understands the consultation, not just the words. It picks out what matters for the report. • Writes in your own templates, for any specialty. • Leaves you in charge: you read and edit every report before it goes into the record. WHAT THE EXTENSION ADDS Without it, you copy the report from Squire and paste it into your EHR. With it, you click Send to EHR and each part of the report lands in the right field. 1. Record the consultation in Squire. 2. Open the patient in your EHR, in a tab in this browser. 3. Click Send to EHR in Squire. Check the text and save. WORKS WITH YOUR EHR Squire keeps the list of supported record systems up to date, so new ones work without updating the extension. Is yours not supported yet? Open your EHR, click the Squire icon in the toolbar and choose Set up. YOUR REPORTS STAY IN THIS BROWSER • The report goes from the Squire tab to your EHR tab, and nowhere else. The only thing the extension sends is a crash report when part of it fails. • No patient data is stored. • When you set up a page, Squire receives the fields you picked and the structure of the page, never its text or the values in it. • The extension runs on Squire, and on an EHR page only when you send a report to it or set it up.
