SquadFlow is a local-first Chrome extension that helps QA engineers and manual testers streamline manual testing, bug reporting, and test case creation. It reduces repetitive work by combining browser-based recording, AI-assisted documentation, and testing utilities into a single workflow. Record user interactions directly in the browser to generate structured, professional bug reports. The extension captures user actions and supports both sequential screenshots and full-session recordings. AI then transforms the recorded session into a well-organized bug report with preconditions, reproducible steps, actual results, expected results, and severity recommendations. SquadFlow also integrates with Jira and AIO Tests to simplify test management. Testers can retrieve user stories, generate complete manual test cases, export them as AIO-compatible CSV files, or create them directly within their Jira projects. For UI and form testing, the extension includes a floating test data panel with reusable data for common input types such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, numbers, amounts, dates, passwords, URLs, IDs, and boundary values. Testers can populate individual fields or automatically fill entire forms with valid or invalid test data to verify application behavior and input validation. The extension also adapts test values for restricted browser input types to minimize unnecessary validation warnings during testing. SquadFlow supports multiple leading AI services through user-configured API keys, allowing teams to use the provider that best fits their workflow without being tied to a single platform. Privacy is a core design principle. The extension stores its settings, API keys, Jira credentials, and generated history locally using Chrome's storage APIs. No developer-operated servers or intermediate databases are used to store this information. When AI-powered features are used, requests are sent directly from the user's browser to the AI service configured by the user.
