Sprint Capacity Calculator is a tiny, lightweight extension that helps Scrum Masters and engineering teams plan the next sprint without spreadsheet gymnastics. Enter your sprint working days, team size, average story-point velocity, and total days off across the team (PTO, NPDDs, etc.). Capacity updates live as you type. How it works • Points per person per day = average velocity ÷ working days ÷ contributors • Capacity = velocity − (points per person per day × total days off) • Reduce working days when holidays fall in the sprint Features • Live calculation — no Calculate click needed • Persistent inputs via Chrome storage (stays on your machine) • Dedicated window that stays open while you plan in Jira or Docs • Lightweight Manifest V3 extension — storage permission only; no account, no tracking, no network access Built for sprint planning rituals where you need a clear “how many points can we pull?” number in seconds.
