Overview
Run pomodoro-style focus sessions with a soft, non-blocking nudge when you visit a site you've flagged as distracting.
Sprint is a calm focus timer that lives in your toolbar: pick a session length, press start, and get a gentle, non-blocking reminder if you wander onto a site you've flagged as distracting. WHAT IT DOES - One-click focus sprints: 25 or 45-minute presets, or any custom length up to 3 hours - Live countdown right in the popup, with a clear start/stop control - Flag the sites that pull you away; if you open one mid-sprint, a soft banner reminds you a session is running — it never blocks the page, closes tabs, or interrupts your work - Tracks today's focused minutes and your day-over-day streak - A simple chart in the popup shows your recent focus history at a glance - Manage your flagged-sites list and preferences on a clean Options page HOW IT WORKS Sprint keeps time with the browser's alarms API and saves your sessions using the storage permission. Its content script does exactly one thing: it checks the page's hostname against your own flagged list and, when a sprint is running, shows the gentle banner. It never reads or collects page content. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Sprint makes no network calls. Sessions, streaks, and your flagged-sites list live entirely in your browser's local storage — no account, no sign-in, no analytics, nothing ever leaves your machine.
