Spring helps you cut down on mindless scrolling. Pick which social media, news, or other websites you want to spend less time on. The further you scroll on those websites, the more resistance you'll feel, just like a spring! Switch from spring to fade mode to decrease the page contrast as you scroll. Unlike other productivity tools, Spring doesn't block content or set hard limits. It simply makes you more conscious of your scrolling, helping you to make better choices.
