Spreadsheet Labels turns a list of product codes into a print-ready PDF of barcode labels. Paste a column, or open a CSV. The tool reads the file, finds the column that holds the code, and draws the full sheet. You see the sheet at its true size before you print. How it works 1. Paste your codes, one on each line. Or open a CSV exported from Shopify, Excel or Google Sheets. 2. Choose the barcode type and the label sheet. 3. Download the PDF and print it at 100 percent. Barcode types It makes the retail barcodes used on products in shops, such as EAN-13 and UPC-A, your own internal product codes with Code 128, and 2D codes for links and small parts. Nine types in all. The full list is in the barcode type menu inside the tool Label sheets Sixteen Avery sheet sizes are built in, covering the common US Letter address and shipping labels and their A4 equivalents, from 30-per-sheet address labels down to small 80-per-sheet sizes. The full list is in the sheet menu. Avery 5260 and 8160 use the same sheet as 5160. You can also type your own page size, label size and margins. Checks before you print The tool shows which codes it cannot use, and why. It warns you when the bars are too narrow to scan reliably. The preview and the PDF come from the same layout code, so what you see on screen is what lands on the paper. It works offline and your data stays with you The extension asks for no permissions and makes no network requests. Everything happens in your browser, so nothing is uploaded and the tool still works with no connection. No watermarks The PDF carries no watermark and no sample row. One run makes up to 5000 labels, and that limit is on the screen. What this is not It does not track stock levels, it does not connect to an ERP, and it does not configure scanners or printers. It prints labels.
