Spintax is a helper for manual outreach: link building, partnership requests, PR pitches, job applications, store submissions — any task where you write to many people one at a time and a real person presses Send. How it works 1. Import your list — CSV, XLSX, or paste from a spreadsheet. Every column becomes a variable you can use in the message: name, site, topic, anything you brought. 2. Write one template in spintax: {Hi|Hello} %name%, {quick|short} question about %topic%. Each row gets its own wording, reproducible from the row key, so the same contact always sees the same text. No idea how to phrase it? The built-in prompt opens your favourite AI chat with everything it needs, and you paste the result back. 3. Open the side panel on the page you want to write to. The helper recognises the contact form, fills the fields it understands, and shows you exactly what went where — and what it could not find. You read the message, press Send yourself, and mark the row done. 4. Follow-ups are steps. A row comes back into the same queue on its due date with the step-2 template. Every outcome — sent, deferred, no form, captcha, replied, declined — goes into a local journal you can export. What it will not do It never presses Send. It never solves a captcha. It does not scrape pages, rotate accounts, or add delays to look human. There is no server, no account, no analytics: your list, your templates and your journal stay in this browser. The only network request it can make is the publisher news feed, and that is off until you switch it on. Where it works Contact forms, from plain HTML to the ones a form builder generates, web mail and chats — rich editors get the text through the clipboard — mailto links, multi-step dashboards, and file uploads from a local library of logos and screenshots with a size check before the upload. The interface speaks English, Russian, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Turkish. Keyboard: assign your own shortcuts for Fill, Copy and open, Sent and next, and Next row.
