Overview

Fixes that irritating issue where tickets are not updated when new responses have been added.

This is the extension for you if you use the Spiceworks Cloud HD, when users add comments or technicians close tickets it will update the display accordingly. New comments are auto-appended while viewing tickets and status messages will appear in the bottom right hand corner.
