SpexxTool is a browser-based spec-capture tool for architects. It replaces the toilsome conventional method of manually extracting the required data, pasting into a spreadsheet or CAD drawing. How it works: - Go to any page for a product you would like to add to your architectural project (e.g. a kitchen sink, light fixture, insulation, paint) - Click the "SPEC" button superimposed on the page - An embedded AI assistant reads the page and proposes a structured spec row - Edit the proposal if needed - Click OK - When ready, the schedules can be exported as DXF for AutoCAD import, PDF for contractors, or shared via a hyperlink.
