Spellspeed for DuelingBook

Faster, cleaner DuelingBook: drag-and-drop plays, card fans, shortcut keys, replay rewind, themes and a smarter deck builder.

Spellspeed is an unofficial, fan-made extension for DuelingBook, not affiliated with or endorsed by DuelingBook or Konami. It makes DuelingBook quicker and easier on the eyes, without changing how the game works. Every action still goes through DuelingBook's own duel commands; Spellspeed only makes them faster to reach. This is an open beta: tell us what breaks. PLAY FASTER • Drag and drop cards to summon, set, attack, send to the GY, banish or return them to the Deck, even while animations play. • Right-click any card for a clean action menu, or keep DuelingBook's hover menu. • Shortcut keys you can remap, a quick chat wheel, and one-step mill or banish from the top of your Deck. SEE MORE AT ONCE • Fan and Grid views for your Deck, Extra Deck, GY and banished cards, with search and sorting. • Rewind replays: a timeline you can scrub back and forth, plus fast-forward and replay-to-video. • Action history for both players, and duel chat names in each player's colour. BUILD DECKS BETTER • Describe it (beta, in More options): search cards in plain words ("revive fire monster", "level 4 or lower tuner", "hand trap"). It reads the card texts literally. • Access, Starters and Ideas: see which cards can search, summon or reach a card, and which one-card and two-card lines start it. • Summon Lab: pick monsters and see which Fusion, Synchro, Xyz and Link Monsters they can make. • Faster card search with filters for type, frame, attribute, ATK/DEF and effect categories; undo in the deck constructor; Solo practice with a chosen or repeated opening hand. MAKE IT YOURS • Themes, or DuelingBook's own Classic look. Smooth animations and refined sound effects with their own volume. • Every feature can be switched off on its own from the toolbar button; turning one off brings back DuelingBook's original behaviour. PRIVACY Spellspeed runs only on duelingbook.com. It stores your settings in your browser, has no server and collects no data. It is free and open source (GPL-3.0).
