Speed Master gives every creator their own remembered playback speed on YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook — applies your preferred video quality on YouTube, and can keep TikTok videos playing when you switch tabs. Set a creator to 1.5× once and every video they post (including the next one you haven't seen yet) plays at 1.5× automatically. Switch to a tutorial channel and it opens at 2×. Open a music video and it plays at 1×. No more reaching for the speed menu twenty times a day. WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT • Works on YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook — one extension, three sites. • Per-creator memory — each channel/creator keeps its own playback speed. • Global default — creators you've never visited use the speed you pick (0.1× to 16×). • Background play (TikTok) — keep TikTok videos playing when the tab is in the background, instead of them pausing. Toggle it on in the popup or options. • Auto HD quality (YouTube) — Auto / 144p / 240p / 360p / 480p / 720p / 1080p / 1440p / 2160p / 4320p applied on every video, including after YouTube silently downgrades you. • In-player controls — a small capsule sits in the corner of the player showing just the current speed and the time reclaimed. Point at it and the rest unfolds: vocal boost, settings, speed −/+, and volume −/+. On YouTube watch/Shorts/m.youtube.com pages and on TikTok and Facebook videos. • Vocal Boost — boost vocal frequencies (around 3 kHz) while decreasing bass and treble; the max level minimizes music for voice-only listening. 3 levels, saved per video ID. Works on YouTube and Facebook. • Keyboard shortcuts — ] to speed up, [ to slow down (all three sites), \ to cycle vocal boost (YouTube and Facebook). • Time saved — a counter shows how many hours faster-than-1× playback has saved you. • Synced — your settings follow you to every browser signed into the same Google account. • Per-creator volume — some people are just louder than others, so give each creator its own level, from silent up to 400%. Up to 100% works everywhere; louder than 100% works on YouTube and Facebook. • Backup and restore — export every creator speed, volume, and setting to a file, and import it on another browser or after a reinstall. • Friendly tip jar — after you've actually saved real time, a small support card may appear while the video is paused.
