Overview

Speed up or slow down any video with Shift + . and Shift + , on any website.

Control playback speed on any video or audio player with two simple shortcuts. - Shift + . → faster - Shift + , → slower Speed changes in 0.25× steps, from 0.1× up to 4×. A small label shows the new speed on the video, including in fullscreen. Works on most sites with an HTML5 video player, including course platforms, news sites, and players embedded from Vimeo and YouTube. On youtube.com, Speed Keys steps aside so YouTube's own speed shortcuts keep working. Shortcuts are ignored while you're typing in a text box or search bar. No settings, no account, no tracking. Speed Keys doesn't collect, store, or send any data.
